While most departments organize internal workshops, several societies conduct workshops that are open to all. In 2004, Hive (the arts society) started the year by conducting workshops on traditional Warli and Madhubani art. Similarly the Dramatic Society, Expressions and the Debating Society do usually organize workshops, tapping into the creative potential of all those interested.
