FINAL SOLUTIONS

Lady Shri Ram College presents 'Final Solutions', its Annual Theatre Public Production for 2007, directed by Mahesh Dattani, the renowned playwright and director.

Mr. Dattani very generously agreed to direct the students of the college in his self scripted play.

The play has tremendous contemporary relevance as it deals with the issues of communalism and inter-religious strife. Sixty years after partition, these issues plague us even in the 21st century.

The Sahitya Akademi acknowledged Final Solutions as a powerful and hard hitting play and awarded it the 'Sahitya Akademi Award' in 1998.

The ticketed show for the alumna and  guests will be staged on Thursday, 22nd November 2007 at 5:00 pm in the LSR Auditorium. You are cordially invited to witness the LSR community working in tandem with the creative vision and dramatic expertise of Mr. Mahesh Dattani.
