The Department of Political Science encourages students to take well thought out positions on the critical issues of the times. Political Science graduates typically target careers in law, the bureaucracy, international relations, gender studies and media in which a broad knowledge of the problems of society is essential. The Department's strength lies in its expertise in International Relations, Gender Studies and Political Theory.
